Included in this Sale is one 1986 "TM" Maple Neck + Tuners. This is a **RARE** desirable and un-findable neck from the early 1986 Import Charvel Product line.

Description

This neck is in good condition. Truss rod works perfect and smooth. The neck is perfectly strait and every fret is perfect. Fret wear is minimal. **Take Notice** there is visible signs of use where the clear coat has been worn away from play on the sides of the neck. Also take notice of the extra screw holes on the headstock from a failed attempt by the previous owner to install non original truss rod covers. There is no nut installed on this neck.

The fretboard is figured maple and exquisite. The neck is quarter Sawn. Scarf joint is beautiful. The warm aged clear coat on this maple neck accentuates the superior build quality and a great feel of this neck. Nut width is different from later import maple fretboard Charvel necks coming in at 1-5/8. Again, as it seems the clear coat applied on these early release 1986 maple necks was very light on the sides and back. The fret wear is very minimal yet there is obvious signs of use on the sides ( see photos ).

No telling how few of these were manufactured for the 1st run of import charvels. As is common knowledge the imports were manufactured to emulate San Dimas era custom guitars. As a collector I can count on one hand the maple "TM" necks Ive seen.

Returns

• Our items have a number of great photos in which the condition of the item is revealed. Buyers Remorse is not a legitimate reason for returns.
• You must contact us and request a Returns Approval before you send the order back to us. Returns which are not prearranged cannot be accepted.
• Returns must be in resellable condition.
• If you wish to request a return, please ensure you contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
• The returned goods must be entered into the chosen delivery carrier system within 7 business days of original delivery to you.
• A tracking number and expected delivery date must be provided to us for all authorized returns.
