ok here is the story to this guitar, i bought the whole guitar here on ebay, when i bought it it was listed and sold as a fender mij strat so this body had another neck on it a fender mij strat neck not the charvel it has now,  the seller said it was a japan stratocaster i said great i bid i won, when i got the guitar though i noticed the body contours, thickness etc and the real dead give away that it was not a mij fender  was the neck pocket had gaps on both sides, yes it came with the jackson pickups but i thought everyone changes stuff out now a days no biggie, the guitar sounded great, played great but that damn gap drove me nuts, so with a little research i came up that yes the neck was fender japan but the body was charvel/jackson mij  number 2 or 3 , so i decided to buy a charvel neck this one is a number 2 and wala it bolted right up no caps a perfect fit !! , so here is whats ups for auction, the guitar is a charvel jackson mij from the 80s sometime but the neck and body are non orginal, the body has a vintage 6 screw trem but the neck has the locking nut so you know there non orginal BUT they look and feel like they came out of the factory that way. the neck is straight with very little fret wear on the jumbo frets, the body is in very very nice condition with just some normal pic marks and a scuff or two, i dont have an allen wrench that fits to add the strings so winning bidder tell me what brand and gauge you use and i will throw in a new set, if the neck had a standard nut you would never know they were not orginal, no case or bag but i pack like no other, lower 48 u.s.a only please..good luck!!
