CHARVEL JACKSON Model 5 Lava Crackle Guitar Made in Japan 1988 Very Rare

The Model 5 is a neck-through guitar made from 1986-1991.  It features thin profile 25.5" scale maple neck and poplar body, rosewood fingerboard with jumbo frets, and mother of pearl dot inlays.  Comes with active Seymour Duncan pickups.  Other controls include master volume and tone controls, as well as a three way switch which offers coil tapping.  Tremelo is a non-recessed, licensed Jackson JT-6 tremolo; similar to a Floyd Rose.  The Model 5 is one of the rarer Charvel imports and only built in 1988. Comes with the original hard case and tremelo arm bar.  Everything plays perfectly and was just setup with new strings. Near new playing condition, scuff/tiny lacquer chip, as shown in pictures.  This rare guitar was built to last forever and still looks timeless.

To MANY Charvel fans this is the best Charvel EVER produced, vintage or modern. There has never been anything like this ever made again. Quality for $$$ this outstrips just about everything in its class (Seriously) and the amazing sustain and warmth of the tones, blows ALOT away, even todays guitars!!
