Charvel Jackson Telecaster Mod. 7 Great Guitar Rare

A Beautiful 1988 Charvel/Jackson Model 7 Telecaster with a great all Maple neck and a Ash/Basswood 2 piece body. I bought this guitar on here not long ago. Gave it to my tech whom has done all my guitars now for over 25 years (I've been playing for 45+ years). He reset this up to my liking which is 9-42 strings with low action. Now this old girl sings again in any style. The Bridge pup has a SD Hotrail in her right now and the standard USA Jackson single coil in the neck postion.
Coil tapping on the Volume knob and 3 way blade switch. You can get 6+ different tones out of her. You can get the telecaster tones easily and stratocaster tones then go full body and get the Gibson and Fat Jazz tones also clean or overdriven. Guitar stays in tune very well, has just a tad bit of indent on the first couple frets and the rest are fine and the indents that are there make no difference and i like low action. No fret outs and buzzing all over or in those positions. Neck is straight and carries a 10-16 radius as most Charvels do and did. Original case and other Original Jackson pup is included if one wishes to take Hotrail out. Tuners are Jacksons. And the 2 nics in pics are nowhere near that bad looking in person, i took close up pics so as not to hide that they are there and they are underback side of body and do not affect anything or show while playiing,i just don't hide anything like some do. Can be for the rocker, the country picker or the jazz player. So you can't go wrong with this girl and this Model of Charvel that is obviously made in Japan was only made from 1988 to 1989 never to be reissued again. I looked high and low for one of these and this is the only one i found.
To end, guitar plays great!!!. Would be a Great Veteran players guitar as well as a starter. Weight is about 7.4 lbs. on my scale. Frets are Jumbo Wide. Reverse Headstock. Already set up with new EB 9-42 Super Slinkys and ready to gig. Is easily played. Neck is incredibly fast as is action. Oh yes,That is cream binding around body has aged gracefully to that mello yellow look that so many like. Folks these girls are hard to find and very very rare. They are great guitars and i will put this guitar up against any Fender and many others anyday and it will outplay it at much less the cost. And no i would not be selling her if it was not needed. No loose nothing ,all electronics are great, no neck issue's,no fret issue's to worry about, no rusting or corrosion very nice tight pocket neck fit=better sustain and no rattle. Never seen a guitar that was made in 1988 in this overall condition for a 22 year old guitar. There is no neck pocket cracks on bolt-on neck. Case is in good condition considering it's age also. Yes this guitar has mucho MOJO!!!.. I play Progressive Rock and Progressive Country the most.Use her for your main guitar and not to have to switch out guitars to get the tones you like, she can do them all except acoustic. Everything on her is solid. Original Jackson Bridge pup comes with guitar as does it's original case. Yes the guitar sports the Ft. Worth Texas Neckplate.

On Aug-08-10 at 13:59:14 PDT, seller added the following information:Sorry i cannot ship to the U.K. there is forces there or in the united states on this guitar and the weight and such that is not allowing me to get a quote. I am truly sorry to those in the U.K. I am also only going to ship tp lower 48 at the price that is listed. Seems to be a problem with the weight of this guitar and the case and size of box it would have to go in. The program will not let me change this,so i am adding this in the only way it will let me. Again to those i have sold to oversea's before ,i am truly sorry.
On Aug-09-10 at 07:22:09 PDT, seller added the following information:Once again i will have to swallow my pride, but i am honest. All from the U.K. and great Britian can bid for i was taught (though i have done over sea sells before) how to do this correctly. Now there is still area's in the U.K. that will not allow the size box i have to put this guitar in with it's weight and i know for i tried and have no idea why usps international will not ship to some of those area's. So i have opened this back up to all in Canada,Sweden,U.K. and Germany. Thank you and i am sorry for the trouble,my mistake and usps site not giving me the correct answer's i was looking for when first asked.
My sincerest apologies.
