Charvel Jackson Telecaster Mod. 7 Great Guitar Rare

Up for your consideration is a Beautiful 1988 Charvel/Jackson Model 7 Telecaster with a great all Maple neck and a Ash/Basswood 2 piece body. I bought this guitar on here not long ago. Gave it to my tech whom has done all my guitars now for over 25 years (I've been playing for 45+ years). He reset this up to my liking which is 9-42 strings with low action. Now this old girl sings again in any style. The Bridge pup has a SD Hotrail in her right now and the standard Jackson single coil in the neck postion.
Does have coil tapping on the Volume knob and 3 way blade switch. You can get 6+ different tones out of her. You can get the telecaster tones easily and stratocaster tones then go full body and get the Gibson and Fat Jazz tones also clean or overdriven. Guitar stays in tune very well, has just a tad bit of indent on the first couple frets and the rest are fine and the indents that are there make no difference and i like low action. No fret outs and buzzing all over or in those positions. Frets are fine. Neck is straight and carries a 10-14 radius as most Charvels do and did. Original case and other Original Jackson pup is included if one wishes to take Hotrail out. Tuners are Jacksons And guitar us BEAUTIFUL. And those bad spots are not noticeable if on stage but look at her age and tell me this is ugly. Not even. Can be for the rocker, the country picker or the jazz player. So you can't go wrong with this girl and this Model of Charvel that is obviously made in Japan was only made from 1988 to 1989 never to be reissued again. I looked high and low for one of these and this is the only one i found. Still looked before putting her on here for sale in every state on Craigslist and could not find one as of July 22.2010.
To end, guitar plays great. Would be just as good for a veteran player as a starter. Weight is about 6.8 lbs. Frets are Jumbo Wide. Reverse Headstock. Already set up with new EB 9-42 Super Slinkys and ready to gig. Is easily played. Neck is incredibly fast as is action. The reason i am selling her is we are moving back to our old home and i need the money to pay the movers because of my health. Oh yes,That is cream binding around body,it has aged gracefully to that mello yellow look that so many like. Folks these girls are hard to find and very very rare. They are great guitars and i will put this guitar up against a pre-cbs Fender anyday and it will outplay it at much less the cost. And no i would not be selling her if it was not needed. I have 2 other guitars that this one still outplays and i may still be selling one other but that will be another story because all the guitars i own are rare and hard to find and better than what they were by miles after i get them. No one would be disappointed in this guitar. No loose nothing ,all electronics are great, no neck issue's,no fret issue's to worry about, no rusting or corrosion. The guitar would look brand new if not for the mid heavy bumps shown in pics. Never seen a guitar that was made in 1988 in this overall condition for a 22 year old guitar. There is no pocket cracks on bolt-on neck. Case is in good condition considering it's age also. Yes this guitar has mucho MOJO!!!. Tones are unreal and many of them as stated. For those that may wonder,i play Progressive Rock and Progressive Country the most. This was the main guitar i used so as to not to have to switch out guitars to get the tones i like. Everything on her is solid.
Thank you for looking and your consideration.
