Paint is in great condition
I think it was in a closet for several years

Wear &Tear Report:
•Some fret wear on the 1st and 2nd frets
•A chip on the upper side where you rest your arm that has beend filled in with red paint
•A small scratch on the bottom edge near the control cavity
•Belt buckle rash probably from a studded belt in the 80's

The Good News:
•This guitar plays great. I set it up with D'Addario 10's two weeks ago and adjusted the action.
•There NO REPAIRS evident anywhere on the body or neck.
•Everything appears to be original...I am very familiar with Charvel guitars.
•Beside the fret wear on the first 2 frets, the frets are in great shape.
•These guitars have awesome jumbo frets and thin necks. Ibanez was trying to copy them with the wizard neck in the 80's. Get    the original Hot Rod Guitar!
•For an addition $90, I have a Charvel case from the same era which is square with a tweed finish and Charvel Logo. It in great shape. It currently holds another Charvel but if you want it, for $90, it's yours and I'll ship the guitar in it.
If purchased without the case, I will pack this guitar very well in a guitar shipping box.
