Charvel Model 4. Made in Japan. All original, except for one mini toggle switch that was replaced. Color black. Kahler trem. No tremolo bar. One Jackson humbacker and two Jackson single coils.Three mini pickup toggles. The guitar has the Jackson active midboost installed. The midboost is controled by the third knob. There is a chip that is reglued back at the headstock chip. No other major damages but some buckle scatches on the back. Come with the original Charvel Chainsaw case.  Two of the latches were broken, but one of the broken latch is included. You may be able to put it back in at other spot on the case.
