Item:  Jackson Charvel Electric Guitar

Description:  As you can see in the pictures, this guitar is in fair condition.  There are some light scuffs and marks on the outer sides and curves of the guitar.  The neck and fretboard have seen some use but they have no signs of warping or separation to mention.  The headstock is in good condition.  All of the knobs and toggles move as they should.  We've taken several pictures for your consideration. 

Tested:  This guitar was tested and appears to work just fine.  

Issue:  Use wear.

Combined shipping and local pickup are available and it is the buyers responsibility to contact us in either of these situations PRIOR to paying for the item(s) so we may send them an updated invoice. If they fail to do so and make instant payment without receiving an updated invoice we are unable to issue a refund for reimbursement of shipping charges. Local buyers will be responsible for 6% Idaho sales tax on top of their winning bid amount.

Items must be paid within 24 hours of auction close to guarantee shipment that same week. All items that fit in a 12"x12"x6" box (Large USPS flat rate box) or smaller will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. All items larger then this will be shipped UPS Ground. Once an item is shipped we have no control over the speediness of delivery, if you wish to receive your item within a certain time frame expedited shipping options are available. 

If you are picking your item up locally, you must still pay via Paypal!  Let us know before you pay so we can send you an updated invoice.  We are not able to refund shipping if you have already paid the Shipping & Handling.

We process many items per week, so when ordering multiple items please send us an eBay message so we can send you an updated invoice.  We will combine shipping will give a discount when two or more items are purchased.

The reference guide below is just that!  It is a reference for you, the buyer, to compare to our item descriptions.  (Example: If in our description we say that the item is in ‘Fair’ condition, you can look at the guide below and see our definition of ‘Fair’.)

New: Never used

Great: Like new condition with very little wear

Good: Few scratches, small but noticeable

Fair: Substantial wear and scratches

Poor: Significant wear or damage, but the item is functional

Untested, “Troubled”, Sold As Is, or Needs Repair: No refunds can be issued and no returned can be accepted on items described as such.  The item is damaged or defective in some way.  The item probably can still be used for parts or possibly be repaired by a technician.

We do not warranty any rechargeable batteries, IE: laptops, tools, cameras, cell phones, PDAs, etc.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM.  We do not check voice mail messages; the best way to contact us is via eBay message.

We do not end auctions early, and we do NOT accept packages returned via C.O.D.

PaymentWe accept PayPal only. PayPal payments are due 3 days after the auction ends. If you need to set up a payment arrangement please email; we are flexible.

FEEDBACK: We want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase from us. If you email us on the weekends we ask that you mind that our working hours are during the weekdays (Monday-Friday) and that we will get to your message as soon as we possibly can. Please be patient with us as we will be sure to get any issue resolved. ShippingAny payments received after Wednesday will not be shipped out until the following Tuesday. Due to our high volume of transactions we package and process items in the order in which they are paid. If you have any questions about your item please feel free to send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have an address change you must send address corrections/changes through Paypal! If you do not send changes/corrections through Paypal we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in the correct location.

Terms of SaleIf there is an issue with your item we need to know immediately! Only contact made within 5 days from when the item is received is eligible for a full refund. Please contact us first and let us know what the problem is before sending item back. Return items must be repackaged as they were sent; if not repackaged properly a full refund will not be issued. Please include in the return package the auction number (eBay's 12 digit item number on the right side of the auction page) and reason for returning. When packaging items for returns do not send the package C.O.D. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
