Most items are previously owned and gently used -- from very good to
excellent condition!
Smoke-free!
Items are stored in our smoke-free home, and ones that I acquire are
smoke-free to the best of my knowledge.
We do have a short-haired
Chihuahua and a toy Mexican Hairless that share our home for those who need to know.

Most of my auctions benefit the High Desert Humane Society! If  not, you will see a footnote.
(Amount raised October - February 2011 was $430!)

My Terms:

Payment: PayPal is preferred. A personal check or cashier's check may also be
accepted, but please e-mail before bidding. Full payment is expected within 3 days of receiving your invoice. The winning bidder must pay promptly and
complete the transaction or Unpaid Item Assistant will open a case.
Regarding both payment and communication, I appreciate
your quick response and courtesy. I promise quick shipping after payment
is received and courteous communication with you as well. The automated checkout service ships to your confirmed address! (Please contact me before bidding if you want an item shipped to another address. A $1.00 handling charge will be added to your total.) If you have
any other questions, you only need to ask!

Note: I estimate the package shipping weight as closely as possible. Calculated cost is based on weight and destination + $5 shipping & handling charge.
If the actual shipping cost is at least 15% less than what you paid and is $1 or more, I will refund the difference.
I am happy
to provide combined shipping for items that can be packed together if
the auctions end within five days of one another.
To save on shipping, items must be grouped on one invoice and paid together.

Return Policy:
My items are offered as-is with no warranty. I normally do not accept
returns, but I may make an exception in your case if
(1) you contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item and (2) the
item is obviously not what was described. Returns will not be accepted
if you change your mind or you do not like what you won. If I made an
error, I will provide a full or partial refund, whichever is more appropriate. However, for a full refund, the item must be returned and received in the same condition as it was sent. Return shipping is paid by buyer. An
accurate description will be given in the auction listing along with
pictures. Please bid only after you have asked any questions and you are sure of what you want.

Shipping: I usually offer more than one option: including USPS
Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, or UPS ground, per my
preference. Please see calculated shipping charges before bidding. For
listings that end on Saturday, be aware the earliest shipping day is
Monday - unless it is a holiday.
Many of the items I’m offering are fragile and
breakable. Rest assured that I have experience packing and shipping
safely. Be aware I do recycle packing materials, but I only use
materials in clean, acceptable condition. Usually a handling fee is NOT applied. Insurance is included in the shipping and
handling charge on certain fragile items per my discretion or insurance may be added upon your request.

I do not ship internationally. If you live outside of the United States, please do not bid.

Our guitars have always been kept in a climate controlled environment. Monitoring humidity and temperature helps preserve the wood and condition of the instruments.
We have experience packing and shipping guitars safely!
The earliest date we will be able to ship is Friday March 18th (if payment has cleared).
