Listed here is a late '80's lefty Japanese Charvel/Jackson Shredder, in transparent orange sunburst and bookmatched flamed maple top and back.

A Carvin rail in the neck, Fender lace sensor in the mid, and a very powerful Jackson humbucker in the bridge(very full bodied tone, very intense harrmonics!)

This guitar has mid-boost on-board electronics(requires 9 volt battery) it's the third knob from the volume

So the knobs go: 1 volume, 2 tone, 3 mid-boost

With the mid-boost off, you get a solid body strat-like sound, and with the mid-boost on full, you get total shred!

Schaller floyd rose, with 5 way selector switch

Neck is fast, and has what looks and feels like a very solid ebony fretboard, with great frets with lots of life, and a scalloped heel for more comfort when playing at higher the frets

diclosures:

(1. there are two or two small paint dings on the edges where the picking arm rests, and 1 near the bottom strap button, but they are small

2. there is one small ding behind the headstock near the tip, and is invisible from the front

3. the back plates are missing, but can be found here on ebay, maybe ordered from Jackson, or made if you choose, but, this guitar plays fine without them, in fact, it goes completely unnoticed when playing.

these is no case, and no trem bar, but, packing, and shipping is very snug, and protective)

These guitars are becoming more and more rare, especially the lefties!, due in part to the fact that many Japanese models never came in left handed versions!
