Charvel Model 6 Electric Guitar

Up for auction is this used but fully functional vintage late-1980s/early-'90s Charvel Model 6 Electric Guitar. Shows some wear from usage, including dings and chips on the body, scratches, a ding in the headstock, one missing strap pin, missing screws on non-original backplate, etc. - basically this has been played and shows it. But everything functions great – the neck is straight and true, electronics are clean, and the Floyd Rose licensed "JT-6 Jackson" locking tremolo bridge works perfectly. This features neck-through construction, two single coils and a humbucker pickup configuration, and three selection switches. Made in Japan between 1986 and 1991, this is labeled "By Jackson/Charvel" with serial number C 702684 stamped into the last fret (the Floyd Rose dates this to later in the lifespan as the earliest models had Kahler bridges). Comes with a nice hard shell case. From Wikipedia: "The Model 6 was basically an import version of the Jackson
Soloist, but under the Charvel name, and featured neck-through
construction with a maple neck and poplar body. The neck has 24 jumbo
frets on a bound rosewood fretboard. The Model 6 also featured a bound
neck/headstock, and shark fin mother of pearl inlays. Model 6s came with
Kahler 2300 Tremolos in early 1986, as well as an extra thin neck
profile. The tremolo was later replaced with a non-recessed JT-6 Jackson
unit, and the neck profile became a little larger. The pickups were a
Jackson J50BC humbucker at the bridge, two Jackson J-200 stacked single
coils, and an on-board mid-boost (Jackson JE-1200). The control layout
consists of a one volume, one tone, a control for the mid boost, and an
on/off mini toggle switch for each pickup."

SHIPPING DAMAGE

the packaging material and boxes for a shipping claim. If your item is

the insured amount. Only the
merchandise value can be claimed. WE DO
NOT REFUND OUT OF
POCKET FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE.

IN-STORE PICKUP
If you choose to stop by the store to pick up your item, we prefer cash or credit card payments. Please bring a

you've won. Illinois residents will
pay Illinois Sales Tax upon pickup.

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel any auction at any point. We
reserve the right to cancel bids of

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted for items that are not as described and must
be made within 14 business days of receipt of the item. Shipping cost will NOT be refunded. If an item is damaged in shipment or arrives non-functioning, then a claim must be filed. We do not accept returns for Buyer's Remorse. Applicable serial numbers will be checked prior to refund of purchase price.
